Advanced

Card performance, conversations in development and network options that only apply after a restart.

Ajustes > Avançado (Settings > Advanced) is the panel’s tail: card performance, what is still taking shape and network compatibility. The section is discreet on purpose — whoever gets here came after something specific.

Minimising idle cards

A performance option: after a period without use, terminal and conversation cards shrink by themselves, giving back CPU and memory. The card returns when it is opened.

Reach: terminal and conversation cards only. File, browser and mobile cards do not shrink by themselves.

Conversations in development

Shows the conversation of the assistants that are still in development. Turning it off does not delete any conversation.

The option does not unlock any module flag. It controls what appears in the interface; it is not a key that enables an experimental feature on its own. Do not announce an experimental assistant as ready just because the option exists.

Network options

The network options are collapsed, with the state written on the closed row:

Option What it does
Proxy Uses a proxy you provide instead of the one the system supplies
Force HTTP/1.1 Compatibility mode for networks that do not handle the default protocol well
Keep the computer awake Prevents the machine from sleeping during work

Two rules about the network

  1. Force HTTP/1.1 only takes effect after restarting the app. The change is saved, but the current session continues as it was. Do not conclude that the option did not work before restarting.
  2. A proxy can contain a credential. The proxy URL can carry user and password. Never publish a real proxy in an example, a screenshot or a report — and prefer to provide the credential through a path that does not leave it visible on screen.

Result

  • The card-minimisation policy takes effect.
  • Conversations in development appear in or disappear from the interface according to the choice.
  • The network options apply — HTTP/1.1 from the next start.

Limits

  • Card minimisation is a performance option, not a promise of gain.
  • The list of experimentals changes. The section remains because it is the known address of whatever comes next; old entries were removed from the product.
