Fair Use Policy

Each license belongs to one person and works on up to 2 of their devices. You may not share the account or license with other people, or use one license for a team: each person needs their own.

You may not resell, rent, sublicense or distribute licenses, accounts or access, or offer Elyra to third parties as a service.

• The free period is one per person. Creating extra accounts to repeat the trial or stack discounts is abuse.
• Coupons and discounts apply under the conditions in which they were issued. A personal coupon may not be sold or published.
• Buying, requesting a refund and buying again to reuse a discount or free period is abuse of the right of withdrawal.

• Paying with someone else’s card or account without authorization, or providing false details at purchase.
• Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank (chargeback). While the dispute is open, the license is suspended; if Elyra loses it, the license is terminated.

Trying to bypass license verification or the device limit, automating activations, or overloading Elyra’s servers.

Depending on severity, we may warn you, deactivate devices beyond the limit, suspend the license or close the account. In cases of fraud or improper chargebacks, suspension may be immediate.

A license terminated for abuse is not refunded for the period, except where the law provides otherwise. If you think this was a mistake, write to contato@elyra.sh: the team reviews every case.
