Purchase Policy

A personal license to use Elyra, the desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux, valid on up to 2 of your devices. While the license is active, you receive updates to the Elyra core.

You use your own AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and others) with your own accounts. Elyra does not resell AI or broker tokens: what those services charge is between you and each provider.

• Monthly — a subscription billed every month, by credit card or Pix Automático. It renews on its own until you cancel.
• Annual — one year of access paid upfront. By credit card, it renews on its own every year; with one-off Pix, it does not renew on its own: you choose to renew, and the new year starts when the paid period ends.
• Founder — a one-time payment, with no monthly fee and no renewal, giving lifetime access to the Elyra core and its updates. It is sold in a limited, numbered batch and does not include external features or other Elyra products. Founder is non-refundable (see the Refund Policy).

Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and are the ones shown on the checkout screen at the time of payment.

Discounts (such as the tester price) and free periods apply under the conditions and for the time stated in the offer itself. Once that time is over, renewal moves to the current list price.

When an offer includes a free period, the first charge happens at its end. If you cancel before that, you pay nothing.

• Credit card, processed by Stripe. The card number goes straight to the processor; Elyra neither receives nor stores it.
• Pix and Pix Automático, processed by Woovi.

For subscriptions that renew on their own, the charge happens at the start of each period. If a renewal fails, access continues for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried. Without confirmation in that time, access is suspended until the payment is settled.

You can cancel renewal anytime under Account → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until then, access continues.

After the 7-day withdrawal period, there is no prorated refund for the current period. A cancelled Pix Automático cannot be resumed; to come back, just subscribe again.

We may update this policy. The new version applies to purchases and renewals made after it is published; changes that affect current subscribers are announced by email before their next renewal.
