- Name and email, if there were charges
- If the account had a charge, a free trial, or a commission or anti-fraud review in the referral program, your name and email stay linked to that history, for the same period, only to prove charges, refunds, commissions and anti-fraud reviews. They no longer give access: on deletion we erase the password, the sign-ins and the sessions, and the account is blocked, so no one can sign in to it anymore, whether with a password or with Google or GitHub.
- Charge history and accepted Terms
- Plan, amount, dates, status and refunds of your charges, extra seat purchases and commissions, and the version of the Terms of Use you accepted. If you bought extra seats, the license they belong to is also kept, revoked, as part of that history. Kept for as long as tax and consumer law require, even after the account is deleted, to prove a charge or a refund.
- Payment details on each charge
- Card: brand, type, last four digits, expiry date, issuing country, the digital wallet used and a keyed fingerprint (HMAC) of the card. Pix: the payer’s masked name, keyed fingerprints (HMAC) of the CPF, its last four digits and the postal code (CEP). Never the card number or the full CPF. Kept with the charge history, for the same period, to prove who paid each charge.
- Free trial markers
- Keyed fingerprints (HMAC) of the card, email, CPF or device that already used the free trial, never the value itself. Kept with no expiry date, so the trial cannot be repeated.
- Elyra Cloud address
- If you used Elyra Cloud, your server address (with your username, as <name>-cloud.elyra.sh) stays in the internal record of the tunnel removal. The address stops working, but the record is kept with no expiry date: it is what keeps the removal from being left half-done or repeated.
- Anonymous usage totals
- App usage counts remain added up, but with no link to you.
If, while handling your request, we find other data that must be kept, we tell you which, why and for how long, in our reply.
